MANILA, Philippines - A magnitude-3.8 earthquake shook Hernani, Eastern Samar after midnight yesterday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
Phivolcs said the tremor occurred at 12:16 a.m. with its epicenter traced at four kilometers southeast of Hernani, where it was felt at Intensity 3.
No damage or aftershocks were expected from the quake, Phivolcs said.
