P200,000 reward up for arrest of ex-councilor’s killers

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – Police have announced a P200,000 reward for any information that will lead to the arrest of the killers of a former councilor here.
Rosemarie Bansig was shot dead by motorcycle-riding men in Barangay Buntun in this city on Nov. 13.
City police chief Superintendent Jessie Tamayao released the sketch of the two gunmen based on the description provided by Bansig’s driver Elmer Narag.
Although wounded in the attack, Narag rushed Basig to the St. Paul’s Hospital, where she died hours later.
