Heavy traffic expected in Roxas Blvd due to JIL event

MANILA, Philippines - Heavy traffic is expected along Roxas Boulevard as the southbound lane is closed from Katigbak drive to T.M. Kalaw street due to the 36th anniversary celebration of the Jesus Is Lord (JIL) in Rizal Park.
The Manila Police District traffic enforcement unit advised motorists to seek alternate routes since parts of Roxas Boulevard is closed from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The advisory stated that vehicles coming from the Port Area may turn left to P. Burgos, right to Ma. Orosa, right to T.M. Kalaw, left to Roxas Boulevard to point of destination.
Vehicles coming from Jones, McArthur and Quezon bridges may use the southbound lane of Roxas boulevard and go straight to Taft Avenue to point of destination.
