BAGUIO CITY, Philippines – A laborer died while two others were injured in an accident at a construction site here yesterday morning.
James Baya, 39, was retrieved from a pile of soil that covered him and his co-workers, Joshua Fabros and Ruben David.
Investigators said the three workers were digging for the foundation of a house when the accident occurred at around 10 a.m. in Barangay Bakakeng Norte. Fabros and David were rushed to a hospital for treatment.
