MANILA, Philippines (UPDATE 2, 11:14 a.m.) - Several areas in Metro Manila were flooded on Friday morning due to incessant rains brought by Tropical Storm "Mario" and the southwest monsoon or "habagat."

According to the Twitter account of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), the following roads have been experiencing flooding:
