Woman found in Isabela creek

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines  – A body of an unidentified woman was found floating in a creek in San Mateo, Isabela Saturday night.

Isabela police director Senior Superintendent Sotero Ramos Jr. said the victim could not be considered a typhoon casualty since the weather disturbance has not affected the province yet when she was found.

The provinces of Isabela and Cagayan were declared under storm warning signal No. 2 on Saturday afternoon.
