6 fall in drug raid

CAMARINES NORTE, Philippines – Six suspected drug traffickers were arrested during a raid in Aroroy town in Masbate on Wednesday morning.

Police identified the suspects as Jay, Sophio, Susan, Jackson and James, all surnamed Inventor, and Christian Verano.

A team from the Aroroy police and Masbate police intelligence agents who raided a house in Sitio Tamba, Barangay Poblacion recovered six plastic sachets believed containing shabu, drug paraphernalia, a homemade gun and a caliber .22 pistol with bullets.

The suspects were detained at the Aroroy police detention cell.
