MANILA, Philippines — The Metro Rail Transit 3 was set to run only half-line operations Wednesday after its tracks became affected by floodwater.
MRT spokesman Hernando Cabrera said on his Twitter accounts that provisional service was imposed around 2:05 p.m. between Ayala and Buendia stations.
Trains are now only operating from Shaw Station to North EDSA station and vice versa.
Commuters, meanwhile, took to social media to complain about the new hitch after several stalled operations of the train system the past weeks.
Sablay na naman ang MRT. Baka naman sa warchest ng dilaw napupunta 'yang P57MM/month na maintenance kuno, ha?
