Police to file criminal raps vs trader, cop over racer's slay

MANILA, Philippines - Police are set to file criminal cases against the businessman who allegedly masterminded the killing of international race car driver Ferdinand Enzo Pastor last June 12 in Quezon City.
The Quezon City Police District will file murder, frustrated murder, and illegal gun raps against businessman Domingo de Guzman of J. Leido Street, BF Homes, Parañaque City, before the Department of Justice.
Besides De Guzman, police will also file the same cases against Police Officer 2 Angel Edgar Angel, 42, assigned at the Pasay City police station.
Angel was one of the hired guns who ambushed Pastor, 31; and his companion Paolo Salazar, 20; on the night of June 12 along Congressional Avenue corner of Visayas Avenue, Barangay Pasong Tamo, Quezon City. Salazar was wounded during the ambush.
Police are also hunting down Dalia Guerrero - Pastor, Enzo's wife- who is also considered as a suspect in the case.
