The MMDA has advised affected motorists to use alternate routes as the roads will only be cleared to traffic by 5 a.m. on Monday.
Meanwhile, the MMDA also announced that the Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP) or the number-coding scheme will be suspended across Metro Manila on Monday (including Makati City) with the celebration of National Heroes Day, a public holiday.
