TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines   – A police officer assigned with the National Capital Region Police Office and his wife were held after they reportedly robbed at gunpoint a businesswoman in Aparri, Cagayan last Saturday.

After allegedly taking P6,100 cash from Seguie, Segundo taped shut the victim’s mouth and dragged her into the restroom.

The police officer reportedly punched Seguie before they fled.

Domingo said the victim managed to ask help from the police officers deployed at the area.
