MANILA, Philippines - A 62-year-old retiree from Davao City has claimed the P81-million jackpot of the 6/49 Super Lotto draw last July 20, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said yesterday.
Jose Ferdinand Rojas II, PCSO vice chairman and general manager, said the retiree, who has four children, got the winning six-digit combination of 5-9-12-14-25-28 which had a jackpot of P81,103,996.
The winner bet P40 using the random pick system.
Rojas said the winner plans to build an apartment for rent, share his winnings with his children, and save for their future needs.
