NORTH COTABATO, Philippines - – Army bomb experts defused on Tuesday night a bomb found in a videoke bar in Pikit town here.
The improvised explosive was fashioned from a live 60-mm mortar projectile rigged with a battery-operated blasting device attached to a mobile phone. Three men reportedly left a bag containing the bomb in the bar.
