Dennis Carcamo - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - One of the accused in the mauling of TV host-actor Vhong Navarro last January 22 in a condominium in Taguig City tried to leave the country Monday dawn.

A radio report said that Ferdinand Guerrero lined up at the Immigration counter at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Pasay City around 4 a.m.

However, Guerrero did not proceed with his trip after questioning by an immigration officer, the report added.

The Department of Justice has issued a lookout advisory against the accused in the mauling of Navarro.

The cases against Guerrero and six others, including businessman Cedric Lee and model-stylist Deniece Cornejo, have been filed before the Taguig Regional Trial Court branch 271.
