MANILA, Philippines - Fire broke out in Manila on Monday morning, destroying three houses and a business establishment and leaving one person hurt.
Reports said a resident identified as Reynaldo Serano, sustained burns on different parts of the body during the blaze that started around 5 a.m. along Basilio Street, Sampaloc district.
The fire damaged three houses and a business establishment before it was put out at around 6:40 a.m.
Arson investigators have yet to determine the cause of the fire.
