URDANETA CITY, Philippines   â€“ Two persons were killed while another was wounded when their motorcycle collided with a passenger bus that caught fire in Barangay Anonas here at dawn yesterday.

Motorcycle driver Joseph Quivan and his passenger, John Lindon Ordanez, were killed at the scene while their companion Julius Pullido was taken to the hospital for treatment, according to Superintendent Jeff Fanged, city police chief.

Fanged said the victims, who were allegedly drunk, were thrown from the motorcycle, which was pinned under the Partas bus.

The bus passengers were able to get off the vehicle before it burst into flames sparked by the fuel that leaked from the motorcycle.
