CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga , Philippines – The 934 newly promoted personnel of the Philippine National Police (PNP) took their oath in a ceremony at the Police Regional Office-3 (PRO3) headquarters here yesterday.
Among those who took the oath were five commissioned officers while 929 were non-commissioned officers, according to Superintendent Nelson Aganon, chief of the Regional Public Information Office.
The oath-taking ceremony was headed by PRO3 director Chief Superintendent Raul Petrasanta and witnessed by the families and relatives of the promoted officers.
Superintendent Rodrigo de Guzman and Senior Police Officer 3 Napoleon Olivares, two of the newly promoted officers, thanked the PNP for the promotion.
