National Corn achievers award

MANILA, Philippines - Agriculture Secretary Proceso Alcala (third from right) leads Pangasinan officials in flashing the No. 1 sign signifying the province’s top spot in the production of quality corn. Pangasinan was awarded the 2013 National Quality Corn Achievers during the 9th Philippine National Corn Congress in Taal Vista Hotel in Tagaytay City last Oct. 23.
