MANILA, Philippines - Eleven days after the 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit Bohol, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said that a 4.6 magnitude aftershock was recorded early yesterday morning in Tagbilaran City.
Phivolcs said the 4.6 magnitude quake was felt at 12:59 a.m. at 23 kilometers northeast of Tagbilaran City.
This tremor was felt at Intensity 5 in San Isidro town, Bohol and Intensity 3 in Lapu-Lapu City and Tagbilaran City.
Phivolcs said that as of 10 a.m. yesterday there were 2,790 recorded aftershocks but only 75 were felt.
