MMDA set for Megan Young's homecoming parade

MANILA, Philippines - Several roads in Makati and Pasay cities will be closed to traffic on Friday to give way for the homecoming parade for newly crowned Miss World Megan Young, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said.
The MMDA said the parade will start at around 2 p.m. at the Petron gas station at the corner of Gil Puyat Avenue and Makati Avenue.
The parade will then turn left on Ayala Avenue then right at Efipanio delos Santos Avenue. The parade will end at the Mall of Asia in Pasay City, the MMDA said.
The MMDA said that the parade will include seven chariots, 20 Harley Davidson big bikes, the Tagaytay City college band, Philippine Marines band, 10 vintage cars, the MMDA band, and a contigent from Makati City.
