TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – Four people were feared dead as their vessel capsized amid rough waters spawned by Typhoon Odette off Dingalan, Aurora before dawn yesterday.
Senior Superintendent Sotero Ramos Jr., Isabela police director, said the passenger boat M/V Mikee Rosie 1, loaded with copra, carnival equipment and flea market merchandise, left Palanan town for Aurora on Thursday morning.
