TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – Water was released from the Magat Dam in Ramon, Isabela yesterday morning after its reservoir reached 192.52 meters, barely half a meter to the spilling level.
The surge in the dam’s water level was attributed to the monsoon trough affecting Luzon, even as the low pressure area earlier spotted in Baler, Aurora had dissipated.
