MANILA, Philippines - Lending aid to victims of Typhoon Labuyo in South and North Luzon is just a text away as Globe Telecom opens up its GCASH micro-payment service to accept donations for the relief operations of government and non-government organizations.
Globe has set up GCASH donation channels for the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Philippine Red Cross (PRC), and Simbahang Lingkod ng Bayan (SLB).

SLB, through its E-Ugnay program online map application powered by Globe, provides real-time information and needed relief support in calamity-hit areas, allowing for the quick purchase, repacking and distribution of goods.
