MANILA, Philippines - Cebu Pacific Air cancelled four flights bound for Cagayan de Oro City and Manila due to bad weather on Saturday.

Weather bureau PAGASA said in its 4 a.m. advisory that the low pressure area (LPA) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone, spotted 700 kilometers east of General Santos City, will bring rains over a large part of Mindanao and some areas in Visayas and Luzon, including Metro Manila.

The weather bureau had said that the LPA may intensify into a cyclone.
