MANILA, Philippines - A bettor from Southern Leyte won the P46-million jackpot in the Mega Lotto 6/45 draw on Wednesday night, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said.
PCSO general manager Jose Ferdinand Rojas II said the still unidentified bettor hit the winning number combination of 4-11-39-13-33-43 which had a prize of P46,125,144.
