MANILA, Philippines - Two African students were hurt after they were mauled by a two other teenage boys at a bar in Baguio City, police said on Monday.
Police identified the victims as Rex Rami, 21 and Mozrecof Abduelzis, 19, 1st year Information Technology students at the University of Cordilleras of Dizon Subdivision in Baguio City.
Police said tht the African students were mauled by two teenagers inside the Red Lions Bar in Barangay Salud Mitra around 5 a.m. on Sunday. One of the attackers was identified only as AA.
Bystanders brought the two victims to the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center. They are now in stable conditions.
After having treated, the victims declined police questioning.
Police are still conducting a follow-up investigation on the incident.
