MANILA, Philippines - Indie movie actor and alleged "hotel skipper" Marco Gonzaga Saca known by his screen name as Marco Morales was arrested early Wednesday by the Makati Police while allegedly trying again to skip on paying his bills from a hotel along Makati Avenue.

Makati Police chief, Sr. Supt. Manuel Lukban,  said Saca, alias James Long and Daniel Long, was arrested at about 4:32 am at the St. Giles Hotel.

Lukban said Saca had been placed under surveillance by the hotel's security before he allegedly tried to skip from the hotel Wednesday.

Lukban said charges of estafa, concealment of true name, alarm and scandal and disobedience on an agent of authority have been filed against Saca before the Makati City Prosecutor's Office. Saca is now under the custody of the Makati Police.

Earlier, charges of estafa, physical injuries and theft have been filed by the Pasay City Police against Saca after he reportedly fled a Pasay City motel (Victoria Court) without paying his P10,210 bill last June 11.

Police were able to verify that Saca is  Morales person after reviewing clips from the motel’s closed circuit television cameras.

Saca reportedly fled the motel at around 2:30 p.m. aboard a Volvo sedan (UPZ-452). As he was escaping, he reportedly missed hitting a motel employee who had tried to stop him.

Saca left at the motel a US driver’s license which identified him as Marco Gonzaga Saca, of Malibu Hills, California.
