COTABATO CITY, Philippines – The district schools supervisor of Gen. Salipada K. Pendatun (GSKP) town in Maguindanao was killed and his driver was wounded in an ambush yesterday morning.
The victim, Abbas Menso, was on his way home to the GSKP town proper from Tacurong City on board his vehicle driven by a certain Khadaffy when heavily armed men waylaid him.
The ambush came just a week after the killing of Loreto Tajon, a public school principal in Sultan Mastura town.
