BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines – Three beachgoers, including two Koreans, were injured after a jet ski hit a banana boat they were riding in the waters of Pagudpud in Ilocos Norte last Friday.

Reports said that Lee Park Chung, 24, and Park Suu Young, 25, along with Filipino Andrea Riodique, 31, of Manila, are recuperating at the Governor Roque Ablan Sr. Memorial Hospital in Laoag City.

Authorities said the boat, with 13 other Koreans on board, tipped over after it was hit by a jet ski while they were frolicking along the Pagudpud shores in Barangay Balaoi beach.

Lee reportedly sustained fractures in his right arm while Park suffered head injuries.
