BUGALLON, Pangasinan, Philippines – Unidentified men strafed the car of the coordinator of a Pangasinan congressman Sunday morning.
Wilmer de Vera, 53, said his Toyota Corolla (WDF-971), which was parked in front of his car, was riddled with bullets.
Winea Guarin Garcia, sister of the victim, said she was awakened with gunfire at past midnight. She said, from a window, she saw two men on a motorcycle fleeing.
