SEAir to launch new flights to Laoag

Charlie Lagasca - The Philippine Star

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines – A Filipino-owned airline will launch its flight to Laoag City, Ilocos Norte next month.

Milagros Gonzales, Department of Tourism-Ilocos Norte head, said Southeast Asian Airlines will have its first flight to the Laoag International Airport on April 4 and daily flights henceforth.

“Considering the tourist arrivals in the previous years in Ilocos Norte, we really need additional airlines,” said Gonzales.

The provincial tourism office recorded 680,000 tourist arrivals in Ilocos Norte last year.
