BAGUIO CITY, Philippines - The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) on Tuesday announced the arrest of the city's suspected top shabu pusher.
The agency said that Armando Sotero Jr., 45, alias “Junâ€, was arrested while on board his car near his home in Barangay Bakakeng Norte at around 6 p.m. on Sunday.
The PDEA said that Sotero is on top of its list of drug personalities in the city.
The suspect was arrested after selling P1,000 worth of shabu to a PDEA undercover agent.
The agents seized three sachets of shabu from Sotero, who is now facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
