PDEA busts Baguio City's suspected top drug pusher

BAGUIO CITY, Philippines - The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) on Tuesday announced the arrest of the city's suspected top shabu pusher.

The agency said that Armando Sotero Jr., 45, alias “Jun”, was arrested while on board his car near his home in Barangay Bakakeng Norte at around 6 p.m. on Sunday.

The PDEA said that Sotero is on top of its list of drug personalities in the city.

The suspect was arrested after selling P1,000 worth of shabu to a PDEA undercover agent.

The agents seized three sachets of shabu from Sotero, who is now facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
