Boy, 9, drowns in irrigation canal

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – A nine-year-old boy drowned when he was swept by the strong current in an irrigation canal in Barangay Alinam, Cauayan City.

Ernesto Culang was reported to have fallen into the canal while playing with his sibling.
