Notorious ASG member nabbed in Basilan

The military announced on Friday the capture of a notorious Abu Sayyaf member wanted for kidnapping and serious illegal detention.
Col. Rodrigo Gregorio of the Armed Forces of the Philippines's Western Mindanao Command said Muin Hamja, also known as "Abu Kudri," "Sudjarapula," "Usman" and "Suhud Ivo Makiring" was arrested at around 2:48 a.m. on Thursday in Barangay Kumalarang, Isabela City in Basilan.
Hamja had a P600,000 bounty on his head as mandated by a joint resolution from the Department of National Defense and the Department of Interior and Local Government. He also has pending criminal cases at the Regional Trial Court Branch 9 in Isabela City.
