4 dead, 7 injured in Quezon mishap

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines – Four persons were killed while seven others were hurt in a road mishap in Infanta, Quezon last Monday, police said.

The fatalities were identified as Kevin Bataanon, 19; Jerik Villaflor, 20; and Edmund Victorino, 20, who were all killed on the spot; and Charilyn Amoin Rutaquino, 19, who died in the hospital.

They were on their way home when a Hyundai car driven by Ferdinand Manuel Babiera went wayward and bumped them. Babiera surrendered to the police.
