CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines – A 53-year-old Indian national engaged in money lending was shot dead by two motorcycle-riding men in Nasugbu, Batangas on New Year’s Eve, police said.

PO3 Juneil John Castillo Hernandez, Nasugbu police investigator, said bystanders positively identified one of Kumar Kuldip’s attackers as a certain Jesus Vargas, 29, who is out on bail for robbery.
