KORONADAL CITY, Philippines – A former jail officer and his companion were arrested during a police buy-bust operation here yesterday, authorities said.
Senior Inspector Marvin Duadua, deputy chief of the Koronadal City police, said Teddy Argao, a former jail officer assigned in Cotabato City, and Renier de Asis yielded the P500 marked money and six sachets of suspected shabu reportedly worth P15,000.
