KORONADAL CITY, Philippines – Police have installed at least 19 closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras in Polomolok town to facilitate immediate response to crimes.
Chief Inspector Joedy Guisinga, Polomolok police chief, said the CCTV cameras were installed in the town’s transport terminals, market, in front of the municipal hall, and strategic areas along the national highway.
The CCTV cameras are wired to a nerve center manned by the police.
Police have tagged guns-for-hire behind recent killings in Polomolok.
