CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga, Philippines – An employee of the Bulacan Environment and Natural Resources Office was shot dead by unidentified men aboard a motorcycle in Barangay Baybay, Angat town on Wednesday.
The victim, Rogelio Santos, 43, was supervising the construction of his house when he was shot several times with a .45-caliber pistol, according to a report reaching this regional police camp.
Santos did not reach Sto. Niño General Hospital in Bustos town alive.
