Grade school principal gunned down in Tawi-Tawi

ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines – A primary school principal of a state university was gunned down while a bystander was wounded by a stray bullet in Bongao, Tawi-Tawi on Tuesday afternoon, police said.
Senior Superintendent Rodelio Jocson, Tawi-Tawi police director, said Ponchita Francisco, acting principal of the Mindanao State University grade school, was attacked outside the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary parish church in Bongao town. The gunman escaped on a motorcycle.
