MANILA, Philippines - The suspected leader of the most notorious drug syndicate in Baguio City was arrested on Monday.
Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency director general Undersecretary Arturo Cacdac Jr. said Arthur Nider Sr., 53, was arrested in a buy-bust operation.
Nider sold two grams of shabu for P12,000 to a poseur buyer in Purok 8, Apugan, Upper Irisan, Baguio City.
