ZAMBOANGA CITY , Philippines – Three suspected Abu Sayyaf members believed to be plotting bombings and kidnappings, were captured in Lamitan City, Basilan Thursday night, authorities said.
The three were identified as Patek Samson, Jimboy Sahabat Mandul, and Hamid Damain, who were also tagged in the killing of local election officer Daryl Kinazo in Lamitan City last August.
