ILOILO CITY, Philippines – A Bacolod City policeman was found wounded with a bullet wound in the right temple in a boarding house here last Friday, authorities said.
Probers have yet to rule out foul play in the serious wounding of PO1 Ruem Fortuna, 34,who went here to take the criminology board examination.
