2 teen sweethearts stabbed dead

ALCALA, Pangasinan , Philippines – Two teenage sweethearts were found stabbed dead in a hut along the earthen dike in Barangay Poblacion East this town Friday night, police said.

The bodies of Jomar Laya, 18, and Dyan Kay Cruz, 17, were discovered by the former’s relative Leah Lagula, 29.

Laya reportedly celebrated his birthday and had a drinking spree with some of his friends. He and his girlfriend were stabbed with an ice pick.
