CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines – A policeman was killed in an apparent ambush in Barangay Bubukal, Sta. Cruz town, in this province last Friday.
Laguna police director Senior Superintendent Fausto Manzanilla identified the victim as Inspector Romeo Criste, a member of the Cabuyao police station.
Manzanilla has ordered an investigation in the killing of Criste.
