BATANGAS, Philippines – Two people were slightly injured when motorcycle-riding men hurled a grenade at a vehicle in Imus, Cavite yesterday, police said.
Senior Superintendent John Bulalacao, Cavite police director, said Joven Ylano and Florencio Botones,70, a jeepney dispatcher, suffered shrapnel wounds in the legs.
Police said Ylano was about to board his Toyota Innova parked along Aguinaldo Highway in Barangay Bayan Luma, Imus town when the grenade was hurled at his car.
