DAVAO CITY, Philippines – The Supreme Court (SC) has ordered the dismissal of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley Regional Trial Court Branch 3 Judge Hilario Clapis for gross misconduct and ignorance of the law.
The SC said Clapis granted bail to a person accused of murder without hearing the evidence of the prosecution. Clapis said he would appeal the ruling.
