SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga, Philippines – Seven towns and two cities in Nueva Ecija, including the Central Luzon State University (CLSU), will experience a nine-hour blackout tomorrow.
In a bulletin, the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) said the power outage will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. tomorrow
NGCP communication and public affairs officer Lilibeth Gaydowen identified the affected cities are San Jose and Muñoz where the CLSU is located, and the towns of Quezon, Licab, Guimba, Talugtog, Lupao, Pantabangan, and Carranglan.
