MANILA, Philippines - The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency recently signed a memorandum of agreement for the construction of the 358-linear meter Umiray Bridge that will connect Umiray, Quezon to Dingalan, Aurora and mainland Luzon.
DAR Secretary Virgilio de Los Reyes said the bridge will help reduce farmers’ cost of transport and travel time in bringing their produce to trading centers.
